D2N2 Growth Hub and Pera Consulting are working together to provide tailored support to businesses across the regions to help them reach their full growth potential. Developed specifically for businesses with 10 or more employees the new Accelerated Growth programme will target those with the ambition and potential to scale up and achieve business growth of at least 20% per year over the next 3 years.

The Accelerated Growth Programme will provide up to 100 business leaders with access to an experienced Business Advisor who will undertake a detailed diagnostic of the business to identify potential barriers to growth, and advice on ways to achieve continued growth.

50 of the 100 businesses will be able to benefit from grant funding of 35% towards the cost of implementing solutions to issues identified in their Business Growth Diagnostic. It is anticipated that individual projects will be funded up to a value of £14,000 to provide financial and professional support to growing business as they drive towards their growth goals. During this time the business can access support from qualified and experienced industry experts with outstanding track records of helping businesses achieve the improvements needed. Additionally, businesses participating in the programme will be able to access workshop based support to help them understand the common challenges faced by scale up businesses and to map these against their own situation.

All businesses engaged in the D2N2 Accelerated Growth Programme will be offered signposting support to other relevant business support schemes both through the Growth Hub and also through Pera Consulting’s knowledge of the local and national business support.
