Masterclasses

10am – Jon Egley, Digital Growth Programme

Come along to find out more about the Digital Growth Programme.  This will deliver free workshops to support local SMEs with digital marketing and technology.

11am – Charles Barnascone, Infinite Possibilities – “Getting your Customer Meetings from Good to Great”

Of course, when you’ve managed to get a meeting with a potential customer you want to get the best from your meeting.  Not only that, but so does your potential client.  There is a risk though, that you put time and effort into the meeting, and probably providing a proposal, but don’t get the business.

This masterclass is about increasing the likelihood of getting the business.  Getting to the point where the client wants to do business with you rather than anyone else.  And therefore improving your business win rate – more business with less effort.  Sound good? Then come along to the session.

The masterclass will also give you a taster of other workshops you can benefit from, also delivered by the East Midlands Chamber.
