Innovation for Growth

25 May, 2016, 9:30 am - 4:00 pm

**The Business Model Canvas is a strategic management and lean startup template for developing new or documenting existing business models. It is based on a very visual and simple to use chart with elements describing a firm’s or product’s value proposition, infrastructure, customers and finances.

The workshop will examine each facet of the canvas and delegates will be given the opportunity to start to populate a template for their own business. For selected attendees, a follow up programme of further fully funded support for their business may be offered under the Innovate2Succeed scheme.

The most suitable delegates, who must be Midlands based SMEs, will demonstrate a level of innovation in what they do or aspire to do and priority will be given to these. They are therefore likely to be Innovation or technology led business.
 Businesses with technology they wish to exploit.
 Businesses who wish to achieve significant growth through innovation.
 Those seeking to launch a major new innovation within an existing business.
