Insight breakfast: Managing and retaining talent

22 November, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Vision West Nottinghamshire College and Nottingham Trent University (NTU) are working together on an exciting series of free insight sessions and masterclasses.  These events are all themed around business innovation, success and development.  They also provide the opportunity to network.

Introduction to Insights

The insight sessions last for two hours and are delivered by business experts. They run from 8am-10am with the opportunity for breakfast and networking from 7.30am.  These sessions run monthly from January to November 2017 in the new university centre on the college’s Derby Road campus. Each session covers a different topic and is often complemented by a full-day masterclass. What’s more, since these are part-funded through ERDF, attendance at these events is completely free.

Insight Content

This month’s insight breakfast session is all about managing and retaining talent.  This session provides local SMEs with an informative taster session on both recruitment and retention.

Want a head start on attracting, selecting and keeping the best talent for your business?

Our Insight Breakfast provides local SMEs with an informative taster session on recruitment and retention. ‘Finders Keepers’ will focus on the themes of attracting, selecting and keeping talent and take 30 minutes to explore each topic.  We will be following up with a full day Masterclass (date to be announced) at Vision West Nottinghamshire College, Mansfield.

Please feel free to arrive from 7:30am onwards to enjoy networking and breakfast prior to the session commencing at 8am.
