Feeling Positive about Growth across the Region

February 5, 2014 2:53 pm

Leading East Midlands commercial property agent Innes England has recently released their update on how the commercial property market in the East Midlands is performing.

Their Market Insight report can be downloaded by following this link (this link is now closed).  There is good reason for feeling positive since 2014 could finally see positive movements across the region and, more importantly, renewed confidence for investors in Ashfield & Mansfield.  As the recovery takes hold, Ashfield & Mansfield is perfectly placed to respond to increased demand with high-quality property like Queen’s Place, in Mansfield, and available land and commercial units along the M1 corridor.

To keep pace with the changes in the property market, Ashfield and Mansfield Regeneration Shared Service will be releasing an update on the local property market in the next few weeks.  Further details will be in the next property news update.  If you are not already subscribed to our regular newsletter, you can sign up here.
