ICL will support employers to build an innovative workforce with the knowledge and tools to deliver and enhance innovative projects.  Moreover, participants will have the opportunity to get expert support in:

  • Identifying and articulating problems
  • Communicating new ideas to others
  • Implementing and evaluating innovation
  • Sharing best practice with their community.

The programme aims to share knowledge and best practice between businesses.  It also allows for personal development and acts as a platform to support SMEs with growth and innovation.  Find out more.
