Invest Ashfield & Mansfield exhibits at the East Midlands Expo

The two districts’ investment team, Invest Ashfield & Mansfield, showcased local business potential to more than 600 business visitors at the East Midlands Property and Business Investments Show, Nottingham, on 6th November. The team exhibited as well as hosted a property event at the Expo.

The investment team met with employers, investment managers and property agents, to promote the Ashfield and Mansfield offer.

Ambassador and local business owner, Katrina Atherton did an inspirational presentation to a theatre-full of captive audience on the strengths of the area and why businesses choose to locate in Mansfield.

Craig Straw, Director, Innes England gave a comprehensive overview of the East Midlands property market and shared his experience of recent transactions evidencing economic recovery in the region. Click here to download Craig’s presentation.

David Ralph, Chief Executive, D2N2 Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) presented the benefits of being located in the UK’s most inspirational postcode and shared the LEP’s future plans for ensuring the economic regeneration within their area of operation.
