Mansfield 2020 speech

Local Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping Company celebrate over 45 years in business by continuing to support local events and Mansfield Town Football Club.

Ulyett Landscapes have agreed a sponsorship deal which includes an advertising board around the pitch at the One Call Stadium and an exclusive match day sponsorship deal for 2 games in 2014. They are also sponsoring categories in next year’s Mansfield’s Garden & Craft Festival through the Mansfield Business Improvement District (BID).

Mark Burton, the Managing Director of Ulyett Landscapes, expressed his delight to be able to support the local community: “I’ve been a Stags fan for around 35 years so I really am pleased to be involved with sponsorship and helping the club in various roles around the ground.  Having a league club is extremely important for the town as it brings in revenue for all local businesses and gets the town mentioned in so many types of media. Our business is landscaping so I am keen to help promote landscaping and the best use of green spaces in this area but are also very keen to help young people get into our industry which is the reason for my getting involved in next year’s garden and craft festival.”

Over the years Ulyett Landscapes has developed to be the one of the leading businesses of this type in the East Midlands, however, they will always stay passionate about their roots and giving back to the Ashfield & Mansfield local community.  So much so that they have recently joined the Business Development and Community group Mansfield 2020.  Mark Burton explained: “We are keen to get involved with the business community in their mission to put Ashfield & Mansfield on the map.  We invest in our people and believe that young people are the key to the future of this town. We are keen to provide opportunities for apprenticeships and Mansfield 2020 provides our organisation with a great platform to do so.”
