Sign up to Google My Business to reap the benefits

Google My Business gives business owners like you across Ashfield and Mansfield the chance to showcase their information online and make their premises easier to find for their customers and potential customers.

Signing up to Google My Business will allow your business to highlight your location on Google Maps and generate a Google+ page for your business. To take advantage of this, you will need to create a Google account (, providing details of your business address. This information will then be used to verify that the address is correct and that the business in question is yours.

Having a Google My Business account will allow your business to have a greater presence on Google, giving your customers a better chance of finding you on any device they use. Keeping that profile updated through Google My Business will give your customers all the correct information they require. It also gives your business the opportunity to build a loyal fan base through a Google+ account by sharing information updates relevant to your business and responding to customer feedback.

There are no costs involved with signing up and this will complement existing information you might already have made available through your website and add to your presence online.
