What’s on offer?

Academy Transformation Trust Further Education (ATTFE) have teamed up with Nottingham City Council to help your staff gain a Level 2 or 3 qualification with the StayAhead training programme.

We can help you:

  • Undertake skills-based needs assessments
  • Identify both current skills gaps and opportunities for skills growth within your workforce
  • Identify a suitable training provider that will deliver level 2 and level 3 training for employees (including basic skills where needed)
  • Moreover, access StayAhead training incentives to offset training costs*

For a company to qualify as a Small to Medium Enterprise, it should meet all of the following criteria:-

  • Has fewer than 250 employees
  • Not more than 25% of the enterprise is owned by an organisation that in itself is not an SME
  • The SME definition includes sole traders and micro businesses
  • Annual turnover does not exceed €50 million
  • Annual balance sheet does not exceed €43 million
