Watnall Road Site, Hucknall


A 90-acre strategic development site with outline planning permission in place for up to 1 million sq ft of industrial and distribution (B2/B8) accommodation. The site is adjacent to Rolls-Royce’s existing production facility.

The development will include a major new road from Hucknall by-pass to service the Business Park.

Location: Watnall Road, Hucknall, Nottinghamshire. 4.3 miles (11 minutes’ drive) from M1 junction 26.

Development Timeframes:

Muse Developments is aiming to be on site with infrastructure works from late 2015, with plots available for occupation from 2016 onwards.
