Community Work Placement (CWP) programme

EVE Works is a specialist service from Framework Housing Association.  They deliver a range of employment support programmes across Nottinghamshire including ‘Community Work Placements’ (CWP), which is a programme funded by the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP).

The aim of the programme is to get clients into long term, sustainable employment. Clients who are perhaps struggling to get paid employment because of a lack of work experience or up to date CV.

EVE Works are looking for host organisations/businesses that want to change the lives of unemployed people, by giving them a real chance to achieve their goal by offering them a quality work placement of 30 hours per week for up to 6 months.

By helping their clients, you will assist them to move forward into paid employment by helping them to gain:

  • Valuable work experience
  • New skills
  • Confidence
  • An up to date CV
  • Reference from you

The Rules!

  • You must have a commitment to help individuals develop their skills and confidence
  • The placement is for 30 hours/week for up to 26 weeks
  • The placement role cannot replace a paid job
  • The placement needs to benefit the community
