The UK Corporate Games is all about bringing out the best of business and is Europe’s largest annual multi-sports festival for businesses.  It’s also the ultimate mix of sport, business and tourism.  And fun!  Since its inception in 1988, the worldwide corporate games has grown every year.  To date, around 28,000 organisations and 1 million athletes have taken part.  What’s more, this year the UK Corporate Games is coming to Nottingham from 6-9 July.  This is your opportunity to be part of something great.

Why take part?

As a result of taking part, your company will benefit from improved team-building, raising your profile and increased networking opportunities.  In addition, it’s a great way to boost your Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), evidence your commitment to staff wellbeing and improve team morale.

Did you know that more than 131 million sick days were lost in the UK in 2013?  This equates to a cost of £29 billion.  Of course, each company makes a contribution to this.  Improved morale and wellbeing should also help reduce absenteeism, increase productivity and staff retention.  All of which will improve your bottom line.  So, ask yourself this question: can you afford not to?

What’s on offer?

With 23 sports available to choose from, ranging from more traditional activities like running and swimming, to pursuits like karting and poker, there’s bound to be something for everyone.

The UK Corporate Games provides an excellent opportunity to boost staff fitness, wellbeing, morale and brand awareness.  Not only will the Games benefit your business, but it will also provide a fantastic weekend of celebration, sport and fun.  Open to all, the Games is set to bring out the very best of business.

Who can take part?

Regardless of age, ability or company size, the games are open to anyone.  Teams can range from tiny to tremendous in size.  Furthermore,  teams can be made up of employees, colleagues, family and friends.  With no restrictions or minimum abilities required, the games represent perfect chance to try something new.  Moreover, the multi-sports festivals on offer are completely disabled-integrated.
