Energy for Business grants now available – up to £10K on offer

Good news: the Energy for Business grant is now reopen for applications.  Basically, this could provide up to £10K against a maximum project cost of £20K.  So if you are planning an energy-related project or need to purchase new equipment to grow your business, read on.  50% of the cost could be covered by the ‘Energy for Business’ capital grant fund. 

Energy for Business grants available

In short, this capital grant is for businesses who wish to improve energy efficiency, reduce greenhouse gas emissions or who are implementing sustainable energy technologies.  To be successful, businesses must be classified as a Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) in Derbyshire or Nottinghamshire.  Furthermore, they must also be able to demonstrate a low-carbon element to their project.
