Construction ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management Practice: Day 1

The ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management Practice for the Construction and Built Environment Sector aims to give practising site managers and supervisors the foundation for their formal development in this role.
The qualification does this by developing basic leadership and management skills over a four day period. This course is fully-funded and candidates are required to attend for four days in total: 11 April, 25 April, 9 May and 23 May.
Leadership & Management: Overview
The course identifies leadership and management tools and techniques that can be used by candidates to improve their performance when leading their teams. They will identify their own strengths and weaknesses and those of their organisation/company, developing action plans to increase capability and profitability.

Leadership & Management: Next steps
To be eligible, companies must be CITB registered and in scope. Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire based companies (or employees living in the area) with fewer than 250 employees. Each company can send a maximum of 2 participants to one course or one to two separate courses. Qualifying companies who successfully complete the courses will be eligible for grant. Reserve your free place now.
