DGP: Data and making the most of your business relationships

Want to maximise your relationship with your current customers base? In short, this workshop will explore and evaluate a range of techniques to make the most of your existing customer contacts.

What’s on offer?

Most businesses have a database of either past customers, or people they have met through trade shows, networking or exhibitions. However, they often fail to use this data effectively.

Handling and managing data is a challenge for any organisation. But failing to influence your existing contacts, either through up-selling, referrals or introductions, can cost SMEs thousands every year. This introductory workshop will provide you with a better understanding in order to make the right decision for your business. Moreover, the session will be delivered by Digital Growth Programme Consultant, Lee Callender. Lee will demonstrate the key steps you need to take to ensure your business is making the most of every contact you have.

  • Learn how to manage big databases
  • Understand how data segmentation works – Learn how to segment your data by “who wants to hear about what?”
  • Examine CRM systems and evaluate what system is right for your business
