Exel moves into new headquarters

March 5, 2014 11:30 am

Nottinghamshire software developer Exel Technology Group has purchased the former Baggaley headquarters using a funding package from Allied Irish Bank (GB).

The Mansfield group develops software for managing vehicle fleets, such as taxis. The bank financing will allow it to grow sales, create jobs and expand its product offering further from its new Head Office at Melton Way, just off Oakham Business Park.

Fisher Hargreaves Proctor, a prominent regional property agency with offices in Nottingham and Derby, managed the sale of this commercial property on behalf of the former occupant’s administrators. For more on this news story, click here.
