A number of national retailers have agreed property deals at Idlewells Shopping Centre in Sutton-in-Ashfield.

Discount retailer Poundworld and mobile phone giant Vodafone have agreed new ten-year leases on units covering 8,633 sq ft and 1,790 sq ft respectively.

Fashion retailer Blue Inc also agreed a new five-year lease on its 5,386 sq ft and West Coast has taken a one-year lease on a 3,601 sq ft unit at the centre.

The deals were completed by Ellandi LLP, which bought Idlewells from Helical Bar in December 2014. The company was represented by Savills.

Steve Henderson, retail director at Savills, said: “Idlewells Shopping Centre forms an integral part of the retail offer in Sutton-in-Ashfield and has gone from strength to strength in recent years. The new retailers will complement the existing tenant mix well.”

FHP Property Consultants acted for Poundworld, DTZ acted for Vodafone and Brasier Freeth acted for Blue Inc. West Coast was unrepresented.
