Land ahoy in Ashfield and Mansfield

Invest Ashfield & Mansfield - The area for growth

Did you know that in addition to commercial properties, our online property search facility also covers land?  In fact, at the moment, we have around 30 sites listed in total, covering a variety of uses.  Many people prefer to perform their own online search but if you’d rather us do it for you, just contact any member of our team.

More about our business portal

We recently developed a new business portal in order to make it easier for local businesses to search for commercial property and land.  We’ve tried our hardest to ensure it is customer-friendly and responsive.  Why don’t you take a look and tell us what you think?  At the moment, all our land availability is showing under the ‘other’ category.  So remember to tick this one when performing your search.

Basically we pool all the data from commercial agents into one place.  Of course, this saves you time and money as there’s no need to trawl the estate agents.  What’s more, this information is automatically updated every night by our research partner so you’re assured of the very latest in availability.  In fact, once you’re registered and you’ve searched for your perfect property, you can tick the email alerts box.  As a result, any new properties or sites matching your requirements will be automatically emailed to  you on a regular basis.

This one’s just landed…

You may be interested to hear that a new site has very recently been added to our commercial property availability system.  It’s a former public house in Hucknall: the Wild Orchid.  Covering an area of 0.69 acres, it’s a cleared vacant site.  Indeed, it is open grassland which sits adjacent to a number of residential and industrial developments.  Furthermore, it is available on a freehold basis.

You can find out further information either on our business portal or on Lambert Smith Hampton’s website.  Ashfield District Council approved planning for 3 Retail Units (Mixed Use A1,A2,A3 & A5) in October 2014 with associated parking and soft landscaping (ref. V/2014/0439).  The current freeholder has already carried out some of the initial works to the infrastructure of the site.  The site may well suit alternative uses.  Interested parties should make their own independent enquiries with Ashfield District Council.

A range of other opportunities

Of course, we don’t just include land on our property availability system.  It also covers a whole range of commercial property across both Ashfield and Mansfield.  In the main, this includes industrial, retail and office premises.  But, from time to time, we also list leisure and residential development opportunities.  In fact, whatever type of business premises you’re looking for, we probably have something to show you.  Take a look at our business portal now.
