A engineering company has relocated in Mansfield after a deal brokered by commercial property agents FHP.

Medley Precision Engineers has moved to an 8,000 sq ft unit on Oakham Business Park in the town.

Tim Gilbertson of FHP said: “It is always pleasing to see another deal done especially when a deal sees an expanding local company take on larger premises.

“This particular letting of over 8,000 sq ft in Mansfield acts in many ways as a barometer for the local market. We are experiencing increased demand from both tenants and purchasers alike as stock levels are poor and the speed with which the building was let epitomises the changes we are seeing in the market at present.”
