[update 31/03/2017: This organisation is no longer available under this URL]

Spoke, the new employment and training website, has been specifically designed for businesses in the East Midlands who are looking to recruit new employees or upskill existing staff.  This online employment and training portal provides the link between businesses and the wealth of information and support available both locally and nationally, bringing it together in one place making it easier for firms to navigate their way through.

Within the website there are different sections for businesses depending on their needs, entitled:

  • I want to recruit someone – which includes sections on how to recruit and what funding is available
  • I am self-employed – including information on business mentoring, business support and funding available
  • I want to train someone – covering topics such as levels of training required and funding available

Whether looking to grow your business or train existing staff, Spoke is the one-stop-shop to link businesses to support and solutions for all your training and recruitment needs.  Spoke is committed to reducing the time that firms spend looking for support.  This site brings together practical support on where to go to recruit and what funding might be available to help.  It also provides links to training options and related funding available both across the East Midlands and nationally.

In addition to the new website Spoke also utilises various social media channels, including Twitter, Linked In and Google +.  To find out more, visit their new website.  You can also find the link to this website and other useful links on our documents and links page.
