Top of the class for Queen’s Place

Mansfield’s striking new Queen’s Place building has shot to the top of the class by getting straight As in an energy efficiency assessment.

This means that Queen’s Place has some of the most energy efficient offices in the East Midlands.  As the temperatures plummet outside and energy bills continue to rise, the Energy Performance Certificate A rating for Queen’s Place confirms Mansfield District Council’s commitment to providing premier league facilities for new and growing local businesses.

The A rating has been achieved because the offices are triple insulated, have an intelligent heating and building management system, a solar panel system and are designed to maximise natural light.  Mansfield District Council is rightly proud of this outstanding achievement, which means comparable heating and lighting bills for tenants will be substantially lower than virtually any other office locally.

Businesses that lease an office in Queen’s Place will not only be reducing their carbon footprint, but making a positive impact on their bottom line.  To take a closer look at how renting an office in Queen’s Place can help your business, please call Giles Davies at Innes England on 0115 924 3243.
